What Do We Offer
Our mission is to uncover the unexpected, the unexplored, the underrated – in essence, the hidden gems in our country – India. Whether we find those hidden gems in bustling cities, or tiny rural villages, we want to hear their stories and share them with the world.
Back in 2013, I started receiving more and more requests from readers of the blog to organize trips to various parts of India based on my own experiences.
And that’s how we started offering personalized handpicked tours and experiences here.
It started off with 2 experiences back in 2014 and quickly became 4 trips in 2015 and 8 in 2016…and now we offer more than 18 trips and experiences for 2021, with new destinations and itineraries being added all the time. Not just the city walks and food tours, we now also offer very personalized private day trips and escorted India tours to some handpicked destinations in India.
Also, we opened a boutique Bed & Breakfast (Homestay) The HiDEOUT in Agra – the city of Taj Mahal in 2019. In just one year of opening doors, we received an overwhelming response from the travelers around the world and amazing readers of this site. We scored 9.7/10 on Booking.com with exceptional reviews and quickly became one of the Top 3 places to stay in Agra.
Then, Corona Virus happened! And everything was shut down. After more than a year, as things improve here we are now getting back to normal with more emphasis on safety and cleanliness. Hope we will get as much love from the lovely guests as we used to before the covid-19.
